The afan lodge experience. a warm welcome on arrival.the room was excellent,plenty of space,good facilities and very clean. the food at the lodge is basic good quality food,cooked to perfection and very filling compliments to the chef. all of the staff(including the cleaner lady)are warm and friendly. the local trails are second to none very challenging but so rewarding. if you can only have 1 weekend away from the family biking with the boys this has to be the one.

After a hard days biking on Afans superb trails ,Afan Lodge is the perfect retreat . Richard and louise have created a perfect environment to make your stay in the valley a very memmorable one. With breath taking views ,great beer, good food and modern ,clean accommodation this place really is the icing on Afans cake. I am an entusiastic mountain biker who has been to many trails around Wales and Scotland but never found a place to stay that ticks so many boxes. Looking forward to my next visit!
